With Fitbit + Apple Health + Auto Sync, you can easily sync all your Fitbit data to Apple Health, ensuring that your health information is seamlessly updated. This feature automatically syncs your data for you every day, saving you time and effort.

In addition to syncing your data, this app also allows you to view your sync history, providing transparency and helping you keep track of all your health and fitness information.

The integration between Fitbit and Apple Health extends beyond basic data syncing - it also includes the ability to sync heart rate data. This allows you to have a comprehensive overview of your health and fitness metrics in one place.

It's worth noting that currently Fitbit only provides access to daily data. However, we are actively working with Fitbit to support intraday syncing, so you can have even more accurate and up-to-date information.

We firmly believe that your health data belongs to you, and should be easily accessible and automatically synced with the apps and platforms you use. That's why we created Power Sync, to ensure that your Fitbit data is seamlessly integrated with Apple Health.

It's important to keep in mind that since we don't currently have intraday data available, we are syncing all the data to 12:00 in a day. Rest assured, we are actively working on enhancing the syncing capabilities to include intraday data.

Lastly, please note that Power Sync is a third-party app and not an official Fitbit app. However, it provides a convenient and efficient way to sync your Fitbit data with Apple Health.
